About Me I have taught sixth, seventh, and eighth grade Religion and Language Arts classes at St. Anthony School for six years. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Indiana University Southeast in May 2000. In December 2003, I completed my Master's Degree in Education followed by a Middle School Language Arts Endorsement in August of 2004. I have been married to Bob Huber and we have three children, Kimberly, Brittney, and Kevin.
Educational Statement My goals as a teacher are not
only to teach the required academic curriculum, but to help all of my
students become confident, self-motivated, self dependant individuals
who are able to work well with others. I want each child to grow in
Christian faith and develop Christian values. I'm a firm believer in
cooperative and discovery learning to provide students the opportunity
to work well together. I also believe that students deserve a wide
variety of teaching strategies to reach the unique needs of individual
students. |
